In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By registering an Account with gtb88, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them, together with the gtb88 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.
2.2 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Member and gtb88 with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
2.3 gtb88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Members via the Platform or registered contact details. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement: The gtb88 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. 21+ By registering, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
3.2 Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using gtb88 is lawful in your jurisdiction. gtb88 does not accept registrations from individuals located in Prohibited Jurisdictions. Registering from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is a breach of these Terms.
3.3 Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and not acting under duress or undue influence when registering for or using the Platform.
3.4 Employee Restriction: Individuals employed by gtb88 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on the Platform.
Age Verification: gtb88 reserves the right to request official identity documentation to verify a Member's age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.
4.1 Members must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) gtb88 Account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods — are prohibited. gtb88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
4.3 Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials. gtb88 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access arising from a Member's failure to protect their login details.
4.4 Members must notify gtb88 immediately via live support if they suspect their Account has been accessed without authorisation.
4.5 Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. The lending, sale, or assignment of an Account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
5.1 gtb88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect.
5.2 All deposits are credited to the Member's Wallet in MYR. gtb88 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or e-wallet service providers.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the Member's name and previously used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
5.4 gtb88 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification prior to processing any withdrawal. Members are required to cooperate with such requests promptly.
5.5 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform. These limits may be adjusted at gtb88's discretion with reasonable notice to Members.
5.6 Deposits made in error or via unauthorised payment instruments will be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.1 gtb88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, eligibility criteria, and wagering requirements, which will be published on the Platform at the time of the offer.
6.2 General bonus conditions unless otherwise specified:
6.3 Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to wagering on low-risk outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus conditions — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account termination.
7.1 All games offered on gtb88 are subject to the individual game rules provided by the respective game provider. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before playing.
7.2 All game outcomes on gtb88 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning under live studio conditions monitored for compliance.
7.3 gtb88 works exclusively with game providers who are certified by recognised international gaming testing authorities. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are as certified by the respective provider and available on request.
7.4 In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the round in question will be deemed void and all bets placed during that round will be refunded to the Member's Wallet. gtb88's decision regarding technical malfunctions is final.
7.5 gtb88 does not guarantee that games will always be available, and reserves the right to suspend, modify, or remove any game from the Platform at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gtb88 Platform:
gtb88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, and to retain any balance pending investigation or as compensation for damages.
9.1 All content on the gtb88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, audio, and software — is the property of gtb88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other rights are granted.
9.3 Members may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of gtb88.
10.1 The gtb88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gtb88 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10.2 gtb88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits or data, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
10.3 In any event, gtb88's total liability to a Member in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 gtb88 is not responsible for any losses arising from the Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
11.1 The collection, use, and protection of Member personal data is governed by the gtb88 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11.2 By registering an Account, Members consent to the collection and processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

12.1 gtb88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Members:
12.2 gtb88 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all members. 21+ Any Member found to be under the legal age will have their Account immediately closed, and all funds deposited will be returned.

13.1 gtb88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a Member's Account at any time and without prior notice where:
13.2 Upon Account termination for breach, gtb88 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds, and in cases of fraud or prohibited conduct, all Account balances pending investigation.
13.3 Members who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting gtb88 support via live chat. Any remaining balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which gtb88 is licensed and operates.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between a Member and gtb88, the Member is encouraged to contact gtb88 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. gtb88 commits to acknowledging disputes within 5 business days and working towards a fair resolution.
14.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to arbitration under rules agreed upon in accordance with the applicable licensing jurisdiction's dispute resolution procedures.
15.1 gtb88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gtb88 will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or registered Member email address.
15.2 The most current version of these Terms will always be available at gtb88.co/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
15.3 A Member's continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes their acceptance of the updated Terms. Members who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using the Platform and may close their Account.
